GUTTER CLEANING
THE PURPOSE OF GUTTERING
Guttering is responsible for water management, catching water from the roof surface and effectively channelling it away from the roof, directing it towards the down-pipe and away to a storm drain.
A COST-SAVING MEASURE
All of these could cause unnecessary damage to any property, making an area unsafe and expensive to fix. This can be easily rectified using our free Drone Inspection Service, during the survey we can identify the key problem areas or damage. We can pass on the findings via video or pictures to our clients before and after the job.
A COMMON OCCURRENCE
One of the more difficult maintenance jobs to identify is one that is hidden from sight and thus, commonly overlooked. This would be the guttering system, which can soon become blocked and full from plant and roof debris, potentially causing leaks, dampness and ingress of water to the buildings.

TRAINED PROFESSIONALS
At Active Cleaning, all of our staff are uniformed, and of course, are fully trained and experienced field technicians. After the initial drone survey, we can examine pictures, assess conditions and discuss job specifications.
Prior to the work, we can evaluate whether to use our high-powered triple vac system, which cleans gutters from the ground while reaching heights of 40 feet, alternatively for more challenging access we may use a movable scaffold or mechanical access equipment.
Removal of debris will be via vacuum or manually from the gutters, being attentive to any mess that will be cleared away at the end of the job. We can either leave the debris for composting or recycle it off-site.
MOVING FORWARDS
After the initial maintenance is completed we can recommend a simple maintenance plan to keep your gutters performing all year round.
Active Cleaning Services operates a general health and safety policy to provide and protect both customers and staff with risk assessments and method statements where required, to reassure you that you and your business are in safe and in competent hands.
We look forwards to working with you in the future.
